Staff were super nice and helpful to us, even carrying our luggage into our room for us. Room was spacious with a nice desk for writing our post cards although some of the walls could have used some repairs. It was really nice having a fine restaurant attached to the hotel. The aromas are worked out in detail so that, even with your eyes closed, you can easily identify the themes.

The hotel was in a great location, easy to find and easy for taxis to get to. It was clean, the staff were VERY helpful - we needed an additional plug adapter and they had one handy for us to borrow. They took our bags in when we arrived early before our room was ready and took the bags up there before our return. Helped us navigate the bus system to get to the castle.

Location was perfect- close to bus and metro lines, but many time when we would search for where we wanted to go, it was a very manageable walk from the hotel.
